YOUR NIGHT, ON YOUR SCHEDULE

A Better Way to Manage Your
Evening Routine.

Evening support shouldn't be a choice between "nothing" and a full Sleepover Shift. Our Evening Drop-In service is a simple, highly reliable roving support service designed for people who just need a little extra help to close out their day.

ROOTED IN YOUR COMMUNITY

Our evening drop-in support includes:

Your Personal Care

Dignified assistance with the small things—brushing your teeth, a quick shower, or one last wee before you get into your pjs.

Medication and Sleep Support

Support to with your evening medication and any sleep support devices are set up and switched on.

Peace of Mind

One last check-in to ensure your home is safe and secure, and you have everything you need for the night.

Efficient Reliability

Our team moves in tight local routes between 7:30 PM and 12:30 AM. Shifts range from 30 to 45 minutes depending on your needs.

Cost-effective support

Billing only for your bedtime routine protects your budget by removing the 2-hour minimum shift charge.

A Consistent Team

The same familiar faces drop in, so you always know exactly who to expect, and they always know your nightly routine.
Our local teams are on the road throughout the evening, providing short visits to help you with your evening routine. We come in, get the job done, and head out so you can go to bed at a time that suits you not the company roster.

How Fund Your Evening Drop-ins

NDIS Funding

Bedtime support may be included in your NDIS plan under Core Supports. We can work with you to make the most of your funding and tailor a support plan to your needs if you are plan-managed or self-managed.

Privately Funded

Whether you’re waiting for your NDIS plan to be approved or simply choosing to fund your own care, you’ll receive the same local support we’re known for. You will be invoiced weekly or fortnightly to work with your budget.
Starting out or starting fresh, navigating support can feel like a maze, but you don’t have to do it alone. From exploring your funding to finding the right local team, we’re here to listen, guide, and help you grow with confidence.

STILL WONDERING?

Your Questions, Answered.

Figuring out the logistics shouldn't be stressful. We've put together the answers to the most common questions we get about scheduling, costs, and getting your evening routine sorted.

Because this service depends on a highly reliable, efficient route, the Evening Drop-In is available anywhere we have an active "neighbourhood run" established. If we don't have a run set up in your neighbourhood just yet, we’ll simply pop you on a short waitlist until we have a local team ready to go. As for funding, we are completely flexible! You can access the Drop-In using NDIS Core Supports, a Home Care Package, state-based insurance (TAC/WorkCover), or by paying privately. We support adults of all ages who just need a hand winding down.

To keep the evening run reliable for everyone, we work with you to lock in a consistent bedtime for your regular week. We know life throws curveballs, but if you need to completely cancel a Drop-In, our policy requires 7 clear days' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We don't do this to be difficult—it simply ensures our dedicated local workers still get paid for the shifts they committed to! However, if you aren't cancelling, but just need to adjust your time slightly on the same night (like a family dinner running late), just give us a buzz as early as possible. We’ll chat with the other locals on the run and do our absolute best to shuffle the schedule so you can enjoy your night out.

The Drop-In is specifically designed for a smooth, efficient bedtime routine. This covers the essentials: getting PJs on, brushing teeth, simple toileting, hoist or manual transfers into bed, and locking up the house. Because our local team is on a schedule to get to the next neighbour, this short visit isn't meant for domestic cleaning, meal prep, long social visits, or lengthy personal care routines (like complex bowel care). We absolutely do provide those longer, complex personal care and domestic supports! We just book them as a dedicated, stand-alone shift so you get the proper time and attention, and you never feel rushed.

We absolutely hate the "revolving door" of strangers just as much as you do. However, because our workers need days off to rest, you won't have just one person 7 days a week. Instead, we build a very small, dedicated "micro-team" around you. You will have 2 or 3 familiar, local faces who know exactly how you like your routine done.

Because we strictly follow your specific funding provider's price guide and industry award rates, the exact cost simply depends on the day of the week and the time of night (evening vs. night rates). However, the beauty of the Drop-In is that you only pay for the short time we are in your home, plus a small fraction of travel time shared among the locals on the run. You are never forced to pay for a mandatory 2-hour shift just to get a 30-minute tuck-in. When we map out your schedule, we will give you a clear, transparent breakdown of the exact funding required before we begin.

Safety and peace of mind are a massive part of the Evening Drop-In. Because you might already be tired or relaxing, most of our clients use a secure key safe, so our team can let themselves in without you having to rush to the front door. At the end of your routine, our final job is to make sure the stove is off, the doors are locked, and the house is completely secure for the night before we head to the next neighbour.

Absolutely. Having someone help you into bed is deeply personal, and we would never just send a stranger to your door at 9:00 PM! Before your first Evening Drop-In, we do a proper meet-and-greet during the day. We’ll walk through your exact routine, check your home equipment (like your specific hoist or standing and raising aid), and make sure you feel 100% comfortable with your new local micro-team before we officially kick things off.

Not at all! You might just need us on weekends so your family can have a break, or maybe three specific weeknights when your partner works late. As long as we can build it into a regular, ongoing weekly roster for our local run, you can choose the exact days that suit your lifestyle.
